Planning your epic event with One Nite Band is a seamless process designed to make your experience stress-free and enjoyable. Trust us to be responsive, professional, and dedicated to making your event memorable for you and your guests.

STEP 1
CONTACT US
We want details about your event date, location, and musical preferences. Videoconference, telephone or in-person! Want to arrange a site visit? Even better!

STEP 2
WE PREPARE A PROPOSAL
Once we have an understanding of your plans, we’ll prepare a comprehensive proposal including various musical elements, custom song selections and production ideas. We can work with your wedding planner or prepare a sample production schedule so you can better visualize your day.

STEP 3
CONTRACT AND DEPOSIT
The business. Once we have all the significant details (mostly) finalized, we’ll prepare a contract outlining the details and collect a deposit. We require 50% of the total as your deposit.

STEP 4
CLOSER TO EVENT
In the 8 weeks leading up to your big day we’ll reach out to reconfirm your plans and adjust ours accordingly. We’ll confirm your choices for your special song requests and coordinate other details that may have evolved.

PARTY TIME
